This past weekend we were blessed with a pretty awesome pre-season storm. With the lake effect really boosting totals, it made for some of the best early season skiing I’ve ever seen.
With totals close to 5 feet in 48 hours for Big Cottonwood Canyon, there was nowhere to ski that wouldn’t get you into the white room.
A few friends and I decided to make our way past the closed gate in Gaurdsmans Pass, UT to see what kind of snow we could find. Here are a few of the photos I got to show you how fun and deep it was.
